Aro Granite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended a dividend of 15% for the year 2007-2008 for the Equity Shareholders of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

2. Recommended for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. one fully paid equity share for every two equity shares held by the shareholder as on the record date to be fixed later on.
