Arvind Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 28, 2008 has allotted 96,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 52/- per Share to Aura Securities Pvt Ltd (Promoter Group) on Preferential Allotment basis upon exercise of their right for conversion of 96,00,000 Warrants.
