Autoline Industries Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of a Stock Purchase Agreement dated March 30, 2007 entered between Autoline Industries Ltd, (AIL), and Mr. Kunju Kutty Aniayn Kunju, the Share Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on March 17, 2008, has allotted 50,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 393.50/- per equity share to Mr. Kunju Kutty Aniayn Kunju, Promoter of the Autoline Dimensions Software Ltd for consideration other than cash on preferential basis as per SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 as amended from time to time as part consideration for acquiring remaining 49% stake in Autoline Dimensions Software Ltd.
