Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that Company’s new 7,000 TCD Sugar Plant at Maqsudpur in District Shahjanpur, located in Central Uttar Pradesh has commenced operations.
With this new plant, the aggregate operating capacity of the Company, during the current sugar season (2007-08) has increased to 96,000 TCD from the earlier capacity of 89,000 TCD.
