Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to shift its Cold end (downstream processing) activities being presently carried out at its plant at Marol, Mumbai to Bharuch District in Gujarat and the Company has given notice to the concerned workmen on March 12, 2008 transferring their services and asking them to joint at the new location May 02, 2008.
