Century Plyboards India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2007, inter alia, has unanimously decided to split the shares of the Company from Rs 10/- denomination to Re 1/- denomination. For the purpose aforesaid, Shri A K Julasaria, CFO & Company Secretary, was authorised to get approval of the shareholders by way of Postal Ballot and after getting approval of the shareholders to make arrangements for fixing the record date for effecting split of equity shares from Rs 10/- denomination to Re 1/- denomination.
