4. Five Star Hotel building at Chennai - Rs 38.60 Crores
5. Housing Project at Chennai - Rs 100.00 Crores
6. Factory building at Nalgonda, AP - Rs 17.00 Crores
7. Others - Rs 29.51 Crores
Total - Rs 242.02 Crores.
