Damodar Threads Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish its Audited Annual Accounts within three Months of closure of Accounting Year 2007-08 i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.
In view of above undertaking the Company will not be publish results for last Quarter of
the Accounting Year 2007-08 within 30 days of closure of the relevant quarter.
