Deccan Aviation Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, have sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, Deccan Aviation Ltd and Deccan Charters Ltd (”the Scheme”) by an Order dated June 16, 2008. The certified copies of the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore dated June 16, 2008, sanctioning the Scheme has been received and a copy of the same has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore on July 02, 2008, making the Scheme effective.
