Devki Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of results for the last quarter of the financial year i.e. March 31, 2008, the Company will publish audited results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year, in view of the above Company will not publish and submit Un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
