Dhunseri Tea equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation
Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an order made on the May 15, 2008, the Hon’ble Court at Calcutta has directed that separate meetings of the Equity Shareholders of UNI Stack Pvt Ltd, being the Applicant Company No.1 abovenamed (”Transferor Company”) and Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd, being the Applicant Company No.2 abovenamed (”Transferee Company”) will be on June 20, 2008, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of the Transferor Company with the Transferee Company.
