Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the entire financial year 2007-08 shall be considered and published by the Company within a period of three months from the end of the financial year, i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

Hence the Company is not considering the un-audited financial results for the last quarter of the financial year ended on March 31, 2008.
