Dollex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company have passed the Resolutions by way of Postal Ballot for increase of authorised capital, consequential amendments to Memorandum and Articles of Association, issue of shares and warrants, subdivision of shares and consequential amendments to Memorandum and Articles of Association, with requisite majority.
