Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Dr. Reddy’s Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 15,970 ADRs of Rs 5 each of the Company on July 02, 2008, to US Employees of the Company who have exercised their ADR Stock Options.
