Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2008, inter alia, has declared interim dividend @ 75% on the paid-up share capital of the Company i.e., Rs 7.50/- (Seven
rupees and fifty paise only) per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
