Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2008, inter-alia, to consider declaration interim dividend for the financial year 2007-08 and also for fixation of record date, for the purpose of ascertaining the Members and beneficial holders who are entitled for interim dividend, if declared at the Board Meeting.
