Dunlop India Ltd has informed BSE that on December 19, 2007, Hon’ble Madras High Court in the Writ Petition No. 24422 of 2006 has passed the following order and judgement:
1. Dunlop India Ltd has ceased to be a Sick Industrial Company within the meaning of Section 3(1) (0) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 and
2. Hon’ble BIFR ceases to have jurisdiction over the Company in Case No. 14/1998.
