Duroflex Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit the Audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 within the stipulated period of thee months i.e. by June 30, 2008.

In view of the above, the Company would not be publishing the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 in the month of April 2008.
