Duroflex Engineering - Outcome of Board Meeting
Duroflex Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 06, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:
1. Appointment of Ms. Niti N Didwania, Mr. Nitin Kumar and Mr. Sourabh Sanghvi as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from December 05, 2007.
2. Resignation of Mr. Suresh Puralkar and Mr. Ajay Paralkar as Directors from the Board of the Company with effect from December 07, 2007 was accepted by the Board.
