Emmsons International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 7,80,000/- (Seven Lacs Eighty Thousand Only) Equity warrant, convertible into 7,80,000 equity shares within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment to the Promoters group and or their nominees, on preferential basis @ Rs 250/- per Equity Warrant which includes a premium of Rs 240/- per warrant.
