With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 30, 2008 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 09, 2008, to consider issue of securities / convertible instruments on a preferential allotment basis to non-promoters, Everonn Systems India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors will also consider at the said meeting issue of convertible warrants to the existing promoters / promoters group of the Company on a preferential allotment basis.
