Exelon Infrastructure - Outcome of EGM
Exelon Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 18, 2008, inter alia, have considered and accorded to the following:
1. Approved the issuance of equity on preferential basis and fixed the preferential issue size at Rs 10 crores and the price for the issuance as per SEBI guidelines.
2. The shareholders also approved the investment of preferential issue proceeds in “Infra and Realty Projects” pipelined by the Company.
3. The shareholders of the Company have been informed about the transformation happening about the Company, which has been appreciated by the shareholders.
