Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2008, has appointed Mr. Jean Humbert Louis de VILLARDI de Montlaur as an Additional Director of the Company who further appointed as Whole Time Director & President in the same meeting.
