First Leasing Board recommends dividend

First Leasing Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 22.50% on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2008 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
