Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2008, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. To re-designate Mr. R Vijaykumar, Chairman & Managing Director to Group Chairman of the Company with effect from October 01, 2008 and subject to approval of members of the Company.

2. To re-designate Mr. R Ramkumar, Executive Director to Chairman of the Company with effect from of October 01, 2008 and subject to approval of members of the Company.

3. To re-designate Mr. B Sreekrishna, Whole Time Director to Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 01, 2008 and subject to approval of members of the Company.
