GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that regarding a Press Release in connection with financial closure of Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport Investment Development and Operation Inc. (ISG). ISG has been formed by the consortium of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (40%), Limak Holdings (40%), and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (20%).
