Golechha Global - Outcome of AGM
Golechha Global Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007, the Report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Paras Kumar Jain & Ms. Uma Maheshwari, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. L Ramesh & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of 16th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company, on terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Ms. R Uma Maheswari as an Executive Director of the Company for a further period of one year, w.e.f. April 01, 2007, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
