Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2008, inter alia, has declared third interim dividend at the rate of Rs 2.00 per share (Cash outgo Rs 11.43 crores). Thus, including the first interim and second interim dividend each of Rs 2.00 per share, the total interim dividend would be Rs 6.00 per share, for the financial year 2007-08.
