Himachal Fibres Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has vide its order dated September 18, 2007 declared the Company as sick industrial Company in terms of Section 3(1)(o) of the SICA. Further, in terms of the powers available u/s 17(3) of SICA, the designated Bench has appointed IDBI as the Operating Agency (OA) with directions to prepare a draft rehabilitation scheme (DRS) of the Company.
