Himalya International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To issue warrants to promoters and strategic investors.

2. To review the progress so far achieved for expansion of different projects at Paonta Sahib.

3. To consider taking up Food Park- SEZ in the state of Gujarat.

4. To discuss the details about setting up a unit of HIL in Gujarat, including appointment of a consultancy.
