IFB Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Results of the Company shall be published within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year 2007-2008 ended on March 31, 2008 i.e. within June 30, 2008.

Hence, the Company do not intend to publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008.
