Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2008, to consider issue of warrants which are Convertible into Equity Shares on preferential basis to Strategic investors belonging to Promoter/Non Promoter Group in accordance with the Guidelines for Preferential basis contained in Chapter XIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
