India Glycols Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008 has unanimously elected Shri. U S Bhartia as Chairman and Managing Director.

Further the Company has informed that, Shri. M K Rao is appointed as Executive Director of the Company with effect from May 01, 2008 & Shri. N Ramachandran is appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
