India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have vide circular resolution passed on March 10, 2008 approved the appointment of Mr. A K Purwar, ex-Chairman of the State Bank of India, as an independent director on the Board of the Company. His appointment will be subject to regulatory approvals.
