India Lease Development Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to section 192 A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force, the Special Resolution under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 is proposed to be passed by the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Dinesh Agnani, Advocate, Agnani & Associates, New Delhi as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.

The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on August 07, 2008. The results of the postal ballot will be announced on August 08, 2008.
