India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2008, inter alia, has declared Second interim dividend of 25% i.e., Rs 2.50 per share on 80,79,080 equity shares absorbing an amount of Rs 2,01,97,700 for the year April 2007 ? March 2008.
