With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 05, 2008 & May 08, 2008, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust (”IPIT”) (a business trust formed and registered under the laws of Singapore) had registered its final prospectus on June 02, 2008 for offer of its units for subscription by the investors, including the public in Singapore, by way of an initial public offering in Singapore (the “IPO”).
