With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 22, 2008, Indo Amines Ltd has now informed BSE that the agenda of the Board Meeting scheduled on May 31, 2008, has undergone some changes which are as follows:

- To consider the proposal of conversion of 3,75,000 warrants into equity shares instead of 1,00,000 warrants as mention early.

All the other items remain same.
