Indo Asian Housing Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to Publish Audited Annual Results for the year ending March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008.

Therefore, the Company is not submitting any un-audited quarterly results and Limited Review Reports for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2008 by April 30, 2008 and May 31, 2008 respectively.
