Indo Castle equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation
Indo Castle Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 30, 2008, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Bonito Impex Pvt Ltd (”BIPL or “the Transferor Company”) with Indo-Castle Multimedia Ltd or (”ICML “the Applicant Company” or “the Transferee Company”).
