Indo Green Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2008, has resolved to commence the new activities in the field of Real Estate related business.

The such new activities are covered in the other object clauses of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
