Indo Rama Synthetics India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 01, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2007-08 ended on March 31, 2008.

2. To consider and if thought fit, to recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2007-08.

3. To consider and decide the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. To consider and decide the dates of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books the Company.

Since the Company intends to submit Audited Financial Results for the entire financial year 2007-08, the Company shall not be submitting un-audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008.
