Indokem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 21, 2007, to consider the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Sovereign Trading Enterprises Ltd, Tracklightning Finance & Investments Ltd and Royaltern Finance & Investments Ltd with the Company and to consider the Share Exchange Ratio for shares of the Company to be issued to shareholders of Sovereign Trading Enterprises Ltd.
