Indokem Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, by an Order made on February 22, 2008, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company be convened and held on April 08, 2008 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Sovereign Trading Enterprises Ltd, Tracklightning Finance And Investments Ltd and Royaltern Finance And Investments Ltd and Indokem Ltd and their respective shareholders.
