Indus Fila - Outcome of Board Meeting
Indus Fila Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2008, has in principally approved the following:
1. The proposal for corporate restructuring involving merger / amalgamation and other related matters.
2. Merger / Amalgamation / Acquisition of Tulip Apparels Pvt Ltd with the Company subject to the approval of Shareholders, High Court, Stock Exchange and other Regulatory Authorities and compliance of other applicable regulations.
3. Mr. Nitin Mandhana, Vice Chairman & Managing Director is authorised to initiate the process, negotiate and execute all the necessary documents.
