Indus Fila Ltd has informed BSE that in light of proposed merger / amalgamation of Tulip Apparels Pvt Ltd with the Company and pending procedures and regulatory approvals, the Board of Directors have passed the following Resolution by Circulation dated March 26, 2008 to extend the financial year by three months:
Resolved that, the proposal to extend the current financial year of the Company namely, April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008 by a period of three months so as to end on June 30, 2008 be and is hereby approved in light of time required for proposed merger / amalgamation procedures and regulatory approvals of Tulip Apparels Pvt Ltd. The audited accounts shall be for the period April 2007 to June 2008.
