Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank will publish its Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008 within a period of 3 months, i.e., by June 30, 2008.

The Audited Financial Results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2008 will, therefore, not be published by the Bank by April 30, 2008.
