Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2008, inter alia, has declared dividend of 24% on its equity share capital i.e. a dividend of 1.20/- per equity share of Rs 5/- each and Rs 1.20/- per Compulsory Convertible Preference Share of Rs 360/- each.
