INOX Leisure - Outcome Compensation Committee Meeting
INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors, held on June 09, 2008, the committee has approved the applications of 7 employees for exercise of 23,350 options vested in those employees pursuant to ILL - Employees’ Stock Option Scheme - 2006.
Subsequent to the above approvals, 23,350 Equity Shares will be transferred from the Inox Leisure Ltd - Employees’ Welfare Trust to the said employees.
