INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that Prime Skyline Developers Pvt Ltd has filed a Petition under section 391 ? 394 of Companies Act, 1956 for amalgamation of Prime Skyline Developers Pvt Ltd with the Company.

The Company has further informed that Prime Skyline Developers Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and hence no new shares of the Company will be issued under the said Scheme.
